Ice Storm

This unique Spell brings an intense winter-like storm into being in the area around its target. All creatures within a 30 by 30 hands area are pummeled by large chunks of ice and snow. It is usually best to cast this spell at a safe distance outside. To use this spell in combat issue the Cast Spell order: C 911. It uses 25 Spell Points each time it is cast.
