Battle Slowness

This defensive Battle spell causes an opponent's movement to become slower. The tougher the opponent the less effective this spell may be. You won't cast this spell against weak foes. Issue the CAST SPELL order: C 844. It uses 15 Spell Pts each time it's cast.
