Some of the Far Inns located in the Starth region have a resident Lore Master who teaches special skills to visitors with coin and whatever prerequisites are required. (Only skills you have the prerequisites for are offered to you.) Issue the INN KNOWLEDGE order. Each of these special skills takes 80 Action Pts to learn.
