Deciphering Runes

Reading has never been a major part of a Ruk's knowledge base. Still, it can come in very handy. Reading dead languages, however, takes discipline to learn... either that or some special magic from a Wizard. If, at some point in the future, you should ever encounter a RUNE STONE, all you have to do is issue the RUNE DECIPHERING order, RD, and you'll take about 30 Action Points to puzzle over the text and come to an understanding of what it says. Some of the greatest legands and secrets of Monster Island are held in RUNE STONES.
